Lake Breeze Cottage, the “yellow” one, has 5 bedrooms, 3 double beds, and 3 single beds, two full bathrooms, a complete kitchen with microwave and toaster, and a gas log fireplace. Outside, the large backyard opens up to the “Strip” which is great for picnics, lawn games, and just plain people watching and features a charcoal grill and fire ring.

$990 plus tax per week.

Lake Worth Cottage, the “white” one, has 5 bedrooms, 4 double beds, and 4 single beds, two full bathrooms, a complete kitchen with microwave and toaster, ceiling fans in the kitchen and dining room, and a gas log fireplace. Outside, a large backyard featuring a charcoal grill and fire ring.

$990 plus tax per week.

The Golf Cottage was remodeled in 2024, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 double beds, and 1 single bed, 1 full bathroom, a complete kitchen with a microwave and toaster, and a spacious dining and living room area.

Get comfortable with the central air conditioning or enjoy the breeze on the screened-in front porch. Outside, there are two large side yards featuring a fire ring for those perfect summer nights. Just a short 30-second walk to the Geneva-on-the-Lake Golf Course and even closer to our pool area.

$1600 plus tax per week.

Reservation, Deposit, Taxes, and Cancellation Policy

Reservation and Deposits: We cannot accept any reservations without the initial RENTAL deposit of $300. This is regardless if you are a returning or new customer. By February 1, we require an additional payment of $400. Final payment (balance of rent MUST be paid by April 1.

All reservations made after April 1 must be paid in full at that time, including applicable taxes. Payment can be made via credit card or debit card; credit or debit card MUST be in the name of the renter, who will be held responsible for any damages. We DO NOT accept any checks.

Payment Method: We accept credit or debit cards ONLY. No personal or business checks, money orders, or cash.

Renter visit: As stated, we will NOT accept a deposit OR a reservation UNLESS the person tendering the deposit has inspected the premises both inside and out. By providing a deposit, you are ensuring that you have seen the premises in person.

Taxes: 6.75% Ohio Sales tax, local bed tax of 3% plus County bed taxes of 5% will be added to the rates.

Payment Method: We accept ONLY cash, credit card, or money orders. No personal or business checks.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the seasonal nature of Geneva-on-the-Lake, payments made towards the rent are refundable IF AND ONLY if the week or weeks canceled can be rented for the full rental. Rentals who cancel within 3 weeks of the reservation shall incur a $75.00 cancellation charge regardless if the house(s) are rented again during the week(s) canceled. If the final payment due is not made by the April 1 date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and rent the house to any on our waiting list.
